INTRODUCTION
Since 2009 my practice has focused on divorce and family law, which includes Contested and Uncontested Divorces, Paternity, Child Custody, Establishing and Modification of Permanent Parenting Plans, Establishment, Modification and Termination of Alimony. Child Support issues, establishment, calculation, Modification, enforcement of order, defense for non-payment. Contempt of Court: Criminal and Civil, Restraining Orders, Marital Dissolution Agreements issues.
Domestic Law requires a unique skill set. A contested divorce, especially if unexpected, can be emotionally and financially devastating. My job as a divorce lawyer is to listen and learn the details of each client’s situation identify the strengths and weakness of each case. Secondly, I must explain how the TN law applies to each fact pattern in order to develop the most effective litigation strategy. In order to zealously present my client’s case in court, I must familiarize myself with my client’s life and circumstances and it pertains to the litigation.
