Judy A. Oxford, Attorney at Law

INTRODUCTION

My name is Judy Oxford, and I have nearly 30 years of experience serving the diverse legal needs of individuals and businesses throughout middle Tennessee. Since 1996, I have been a solo practitioner with a general practice in Franklin, serving my clients in many different matters.

The need for an experienced, knowledgeable and informed lawyer is universal when you are facing potentially life-altering or complicated legal issues. There are many things you should at least consult a professional about.

The consequences of not weighing every option, not thoroughly preparing for any legal hurdle and not knowing where your decisions may lead could be devastating. You need a lawyer who is committed to serving your best interests. Your lawyer should have the experience and skill necessary to achieve your goals effectively and efficiently.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

Family Law

Protecting your rights in corporate, family law, and criminal matters

I began the law office of Judy A. Oxford, attorney at law, in 1996 with one goal: To provide my clients with the best legal representation in my power by using my breadth of experience and legal knowledge to help them protect their rights and get the outcome they desire, whether that meant minimizing corporate liability, avoiding criminal charges, or gaining primary custody of children in a divorce case, among others. I bring the same dedication and professionalism to every case I represent, no matter what legal issue it involves or how big or small the stakes.

Criminal Defense

When you have been arrested and charged with a crime, you may feel as though your situation is hopeless. You may be tempted to believe the police when they tell you that everything will go much better if you cooperate. You might even think that once the prosecutor hears your story, they’ll understand and offer you a fair deal.
