The cases we take are divorce, problems with Childrens Services, criminal defense like DUI, domestic assault, rape, sexual abuse, and child custody or visitation issues. Mediation services are done using a social work model (compassion) with law (what judges will permit). One reason to work with me is that I have a 24/7 listening ear policy. That means you can talk with me to reduce your anxiety even after hours, I charge you the same hourly rate as if it were during the normal work hours.
